Whirlpool 2 in 1 Overcoming Objections

When introducing the Whirlpool® 2 in 1 Washer, it’s important to build an understanding of your customer’s needs and be ready to address any concerns they may have. Start by asking thoughtful questions like: What kind of washer do you have now? Do you prefer an agitator or an impeller—or are you unsure? How do you usually wash bulky items like comforters or bedspreads? If the customer is leaning toward an agitator model or feeling undecided, the Whirlpool® 2 in 1 offers a great solution by providing both options in one machine.

If objections arise—such as “Where do I store the agitator after I take it out?”—reassure them that the agitator is designed to remain in for most loads and only needs to be removed for extra space during bulky washes. It features a simple push-and-turn removal mechanism and is compact enough to be stored on top of the dryer, in a laundry basket, or in a cabinet. If a customer mentions that the agitator looks smaller than other models, explain that its size does not impact cleaning performance—the wash plate at the bottom handles most of the wash motion. The agitator was intentionally designed to be compact for easy removal and storage. If a customer feels they’ll mostly use the impeller, they may be better suited for a dedicated impeller washer. Listening and responding honestly helps customers feel confident in their choice, and positions the Whirlpool® 2 in 1 as a flexible, innovative solution
